Trouble Shooting DIAX

The server is red

A red server icon indicates that the server is not reachable. Please check the following points:
1.	Make sure the you have internet connection.
2.	Make sure that the port 4569 (UDP only) is open in your firewall.
3.	Check if a personal (desktop) firewall is blocking DIAX (such as Norton Personal Firewall, Sygate, Zonealarm, etc.).
4.	Make sure that only one instance of DIAX is running.
