Start DIAX

Go to "Start" -> "Programs" -> "mpol DIAX" and click on "mpol solutions DIAX".

Overview

1	Check if the server icons are green. If one is red please see trouble shooting.
2	Short dial: click on one of the twelf buttons to call a saved number.
3	Use the number pad to enter any phone number.
4	The "M" icon indicates missed calls. If you doubel click on it you get a list of the missed calls.
5	Get more help by clicking on "Help" -> "Content".

Configure the audio device

1.	Click on "Config" -> "Audio"
2.	Choose from the drop down list the appropriate receive, play and rind device. It is recommended to use the pc speaker as ring device if you use a headset. Otherwise ringing is only heard on the speaker of the headset.
3.	Confirm the changes by clicking on "OK".

Make calls

1.	Click on a short dial button. or Use the number pad to enter a phone number.
2.	Click "Dial".
3.	Terminate the call by clicking on "Hangup".

Conference calls

Please inform all participants about the conference call time and conference room in advance.

1.	Click on the short dial button "Conference" (or similar). or Use the number pad to enter the conference room number.
2.	Click "Dial".
3.	Leave the conference by clicking on "#".
